Ms. Shepard is an information solutions developer and technical writer with more than 20 years of professional experience in the U.S. and overseas. In addition to at Development II, she is currently an editor with Dr. Dobbs Journal (software development) and a regular contributor to the IEEE Computer Societys IT Professional magazine. She is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the software, establishing security measures, maintaining an ever-changing data base, assisting in hardware decisions and enabling changes, as necessary, to the software development program. She holds a B.A. from Fordham University in Social Sciences and has had extensive specialized training throughout her career.  |
