Ms. Foster serves as the Marketing Director for Development II, inc. Her responsibilities include customer reporting and management of ongoing projects. She also manages our research team, providing daily work assignments and scheduling of projects. She is a creative thinker who brings a fresh outlook to reporting and project management. Previous experience includes media auditing and research.
